Leak Test :

To assure that all products don’t leak after filling the contents (oil, lubricants, detergents, etc.)

Weight Test :

To assure that all products have the correct weight (tolerance allowed in most cases) and it passes the test.

Colors vs. Shape Test :

To assure that all the products are produced according to the customer, specifications input. It is very important to see the colors consistent and not wavy. And the shape of the container is in accordance with what the customer needs.

Quality Control Manager :

He inspects all of the above factors before it gets in the warehouse or loaded in truck, because most of our products are for inland and export use.
